MixedMP3 10-Minute Calorie Burner

MixedMP3 has maintained a fun and healthy way to burn off the calories. Everyone's weight is a balancing act and calories play a big role.

Calories are the energy in food. The body has a constant demand for energy and uses the calories from food to keep the body functioning. Energy from calories fuel our every action ~ from breathing to swinging a tennis racket. Carbohydrates, fats and proteins contain calories and are the main energy sources for our bodies.

Regardless of where they come from, the calories you eat are either converted to physical energy or stored within your body as fat. These stored calories will remain in your body as fat unless you use them up, either by reducing calorie intake so that your body must draw on reserves for energy or by increasing physical activity so that you may burn more calories.

As a general rule, we should include at least 30 minutes of physical activity in our daily routine. Whether it be dancing to a 30-minute calorie burner or to (3) 10-minute calorie burners, the activity is required to burn those calories. So, click on a link and let's burn some calories!
